Products and handmade character

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Because many items are handmade, small variations in colour, finish, paper texture and placement are natural and are not defects. Screen settings can also affect colour appearance.

Personalised orders

You are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, photographs and other details submitted for personalisation. Work may begin soon after payment, so changes may not be possible once production has started.

Prices, availability and orders

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Product availability, delivery service and charges are confirmed during checkout. An automated acknowledgement does not prevent us from contacting you if an item, price, payment or personalisation request cannot be fulfilled.

Payments and delivery

Payments are handled by the secure methods offered at checkout. Dispatch and delivery are subject to the applicable preparation estimate, address serviceability and courier conditions. Please see our Delivery Information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligibility depends on the product, its personalisation status and whether production or dispatch has begun. Please read our Cancellations and Refunds policy.

Intellectual property and liability

Website content, branding, product designs and images may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
